As part of the GRAMMY Museum’s Programs at Home series, Moderator Scott Goldman talks with Andrew Bird about his new holiday album, HARK!.HARK! marks the singer, songwriter and Fargo actor's debut holiday full-length, building on last year's EP of the same name with a fresh collection of seasonal standards, choice covers and originals recorded during lockdown this spring and summer. In addition to "Christmas in April," a COVID-inspired Christmas song, HARK! includes originals like "Alabaster" and "Night's Falling," new takes on such classics as Vince Guaraldi Trio's "Christmas is Coming" and "Skating," "White Christmas," "Auld Lang Syne" and more, as well as wintertime reimaginings of hidden gems by John Cale, John Prine and The Handsome Family.
