In celebration of GRAMMY Week, the GRAMMY Museum is thrilled to present a very special program spotlighting GRAMMY nominee for Best R&B Album & former alum of the GRAMMY Museum’s Music Education Programs, Givēon. The 26-year-old singing sensation re-visits the GRAMMY Museum in downtown Los Angeles for this special conversation and talks with Senior Education Coordinator Schyler O’Neal in the Museum’s Clive Davis Theater about his rise in music.
In a seemingly short amount of time, the Long Beach native Givēon has steadily risen up the ranks as one of music’s brightest young stars. From blessing Drake’s “Chicago Freestyle” to his own hit singles “Like I Want You” plus “Heartbreak Anniversary,” and the release of his EPs Take Time and When It’s All Said And Done, Givēon is here to give music the re-up it needs. And he’s just getting started. Givēon will be repacking his two EPs Take Time and When It’s All Said And Done with a bonus track that will release March 12, along with a music video for Heartbreak Anniversary.
