As part of the GRAMMY Museum’s Programs at Home series, Moderator Scott Goldman talks with award-winning, platinum-selling singer-songwriter, Marina, about the making of her new album, Ancient Dreams in a Modern Land. Since bursting on to the scene in 2009, Marina has released four UK Top 10 albums including the Gold certified ‘The Family Jewels’ (2010) and ‘Electra Heart’ (2012) which debuted at Number 1 on the UK’s Official Charts. Her new album, Ancient Dreams in a Modern Land, marks Marina’s fifth studio album and first full-length release since 2019’s acclaimed LOVE + FEAR. The self-penned new album also sees Marina co-producing five tracks alongside songwriter/producer James Flanigan (Dua Lipa, Carly Rae Jepsen, Hayley Kiyoko) and GRAMMY Award-nominated producer/multi-instrumentalist Jennifer Decilveo (Andra Day, Bat For Lashes, Hinds).
