On July 25, 2019, GRAMMY, Tony, and EMMY Award-winning vocalist, actor, and performer Ben Platt celebrated the release of his full-length debut album, Sing To Me Instead, at the GRAMMY Museum. Platt broke through to superstar status as Evan Hansen in the critically acclaimed musical, Dear Evan Hansen, receiving the 2017 Tony Award for “Best Actor in a Musical,” among many other honors. His previous notable roles include Benji Applebaum in Pitch Perfect and Pitch Perfect 2, Elder Arnold Cunningham in the Chicago production of The Book of Mormon, and more recently, Payton Hobart in Ryan Murphy’s The Politician. He released his first full-length album to share another side of himself as a solo artist. For the first time, Ben sings his own personal truth, as he chronicles the highs and lows of a transformative relationship.
