As part of the GRAMMY Museum’s Programs at Home series, Moderator Scott Goldman talks with Rodney Crowell about his new album, Triage. A writer known for the universal and literary quality of his writing, Triage is a departure, a revealing album that Rodney has called his most personal to date. This is no small statement from such a prolific and acclaimed musician: Rodney has won numerous awards, including two GRAMMY’s and six Americana Music Association Awards as well as their Lifetime Achievement for Songwriter award. This last accolade resonates deeply with a man who has stacked up fifteen number one hits including 6 of his own, and dozens of others for an impressively diverse array of artists including Emmylou Harris, Johnny Cash, Waylon Jennings, Keith Urban, Bob Seger, Etta James, Grateful Dead and many others.
