When CMT premiered the video for Brandon’s single “Hometown" in November 2018, he instantly became what they called,“living history.” The premiere of this video, addressing LGBTQ themes, was a first for the home of Country Music videos. The video then went on to be named one of Rolling Stone’s Top 10 Country Music Videos of 2018.
Brandon has released one full-length album ‘Slow Down’ (whose title track features country legend Ty Herndon) and two EPs ‘Dear John’ and ‘Hurt People’. ‘Hurt People’ is the unofficial soundtrack to his documentary ‘Three Chords And A Lie’ (co-produced by Leslie Jordan and airing now on OUTtv) and the title track features country star Cam. He also co-wrote Ginger Minj’s upcoming country album.
Brandon is working on his new EP ‘This Must Be The Place’ with the recently released, lead single “Pick Up Where We Left Off” -- he calls it his “post-pandemic summer anthem.” The second single is the title track “This Must Be The Place” and feels like a “waves of warm summer nights washing over you.”
