conversation about her album, For the Dreamers,
composing music for The Notebook, her
creative process, and more, followed by a performance.

part of the many artists to be featured in the GRAMMY Museum’s New York City
program series, which includes bringing a slate of the GRAMMY Museum’s renowned
GRAMMY In The Schools Education Programs and Public Programs to the East Coast.

Ingrid Michaelson is a force in the music industry,
known for her distinctively soulful folk-pop style. Her music is released on the label she founded, Cabin 24 Records, including her gold and platinum hits "The Way I Am," "Girls Chase Boys," and "You and
I." She’s scored songs for television, including “Little Fires
Everywhere” (Emmy nomination) and “Tiny Beautiful Things” both for Hulu, and was executive music producer for “Slumberkins” for AppleTV+, creating original songs for the series. Michaelson made her Broadway on stage debut in…The Great Comet of
1812. The Notebook marks her Broadway debut as

For the Dreamers takes listeners back to the days of Frank Sinatra and Judy Garland with a modern cinematic sensibility
and the pure, delicate vocal tone that has become synonymous with Michaelson's
name. The album features an original duet "Love Is" with Jason Mraz, covers of the classic standards "What a Wonderful World, " "You Make Me Feel So Young," and "A Dream Is A Wish your Heart Makes," plus eight original songs.
