As part of the GRAMMY Museum’s Programs at Home series, moderator Scott Goldman talks with Eric Burton and Adrian Quesada of the GRAMMY-nominated duo Black Pumas. Following the conversation, Black Pumas perform their songs “Colors,” “Fire,” and “Oct 33.” Nominated for Best New Artist at the 2020 GRAMMY Awards, Black Pumas received overwhelming critical praise with the release of their self-titled debut album. Both musicians, Burton and Quesada met through a mutual friend in 2017 and began collaborating. What started as an idea quickly turned into a session and eventually an album, with the duo now selling out multiple tours internationally.
